Hi! I’m Rachael, the designer of Daisy Wren. You may have been here before for Harper Kate & Co bows!

I began selling on Etsy in 2015 when my specialty was felt bows for your cute little babes! Harper Kate & Co carried me through huge changes in my life (helloooo new baby, fun and crazy toddlerhood, a few moves, a divorce followed by finding the strength and independence I somehow lost along the way). I will forever be grateful for the kind customers who chose to support me by buying up all the bows I made. Seriously, yall were amazing, and I felt like yall were my friends through social media when life seemed so lonely and my biggest cheerleaders as I built myself back up.

After I realized HKANDCO was no longer my passion, I mourned the end of such a meaningful and transformative chapter in my life and thought "what the heck am I going to do now?!" My passion has always been doing something creative, and I really thrived on the freedom being a business owner gave me, but I was stuck on what I wanted to do next especially as a single mom. AKA being a small business owner can be risky, and I didn't have a backup person to help pay the bills! Enter in: the traditional 9-5 job, which has been a great source of stability while I plan out my next steps. While the stability has been nice, I quickly realized that sitting at a desk all day does not give me life in the way I need. What sitting at a desk all day did give me was an opportunity to teach myself new design programs during any spare minute or break I had throughout the day, which in turn cultivated a love for creating again! After a million and seven texts and conversations with a couple close friends, I decided to transition Harper Kate & Co to a new chapter - Daisy Wren Designs.

Daisy Wren is a fun new chapter that I hope you enjoy as much as I have enjoyed creating and growing in!
